Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League Pushed To 2024

The news continues to get worse and worse for Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League. In an announcement today on Twitter, the Suicide Squad Twitter account confirmed that Kill The Justice League will now release on February 2nd, 2024. The game was originally pushed back slated for release on May 26th. But the developer made the difficult decision to push things back nearly a year later.

We have made the tough but necessary decision to take the time needed to work on getting the game to be the best quality experience for players.”

“Thank you to our amazing community for the continued support, patience, and understanding.”

This news follows the report that the game had a chance to get pushed back to 2024, which now is indeed the case. In related news, Jason Schreier of Bloomberg today reported that the team was told that the delay was for polish and not related to the February PlayStation State Of Play Gameplay showcase, despite that showcase receiving negative feedback. Additionally, this will confirm a 9 year gap between games for Rocksteady as their last release was Arkham Knight – that is if this game indeed releases on time in February 2024. Jason also suggested with Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 set to release in in September could also be a contributing factor as well.
