One of the Story Quests in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 3 challenges players to find and retrieve Stormtrooper Data Log Entries. Here is everything you need to know about finding all four.
Fortnite’s map looks completely different in Chapter 6 Season 3. Epic Games gave every POI a fresh coat of paint and a new name to follow the Star Wars theme. In addition, the weapon pool has been overhauled only to include Star Wars blasters and Lightsabers. And it’s only right that players get to fly around in Tie Fighters and X-Wings.
As if that weren’t enough, there are also two Star Wars Battle Passes, one for the traditional battle royale and one for Lego game modes. Players have new Quests to take care of around the map to complement the latest content.
Every Stormtrooper Data Log Entry location in Fortnite
Here is a step-by-step guide to collect every Stormtrooper Data Log Entry in Fortnite.
- Land at Vader Samurai’s Solitude, located in the map’s southwest corner.
- If you are looking at the main building in the back of the fortress, the first Data Log Entry can be found in a room in the first building on the left.
- Next, go to the large building on the right of the fortress. The Data Log Entry is on the second floor.
- The final two Data Log Entries are located in the main building, on the first floor.
Completing this task won’t be a simple walk in the park. You not only have to worry about Darth Vader and his army of Stormtrooper NPC guards, but Vader Samurai’s Solitude is one of the hottest drops on the new map.
Everyone in the lobby wants to eliminate Darth Vader and get his Lightsaber, so players always lurk around every corner at that POI.
If the circle works, we recommend landing somewhere else first and then going to the POI once Vader has been defeated and everyone has left.
Thankfully, you don’t need to do everything in one life. Once you collect one Data Entry, you don’t need to acquire it again. So even if you get two or three and die, you can spawn again and complete the Quest.
Once you get all four, you can move on to the next quest, as there is plenty to do this season.
