A fresh update has taken place in Fortnite, introducing new weapons and new NPCs, with one of the latter being Jar Jar Binks. In this guide, we’ll tell you how to complete his quests.
The Star Wars-themed season in Fortnite is in full swing, though edging closer to the live event planned to close the mini-season on June 7, and weekly updates are providing a flood of new content.
Jar Jar Binks has a bunch of XP to earn through quests, which aren’t too difficult to complete.
How to Unlock Jar-Jar Binks Quests in Fortnite
Like the other quests in Fortnite this season, including those for Leia Organa and Luke Skywalker, Jar Jar Binks must be spoken to before the quests appear and activate.
Jar Jar Binks is directly north of Foxy Floodgate and southwest of Brutal Boxcars. The specific spot is on the right-hand side of the river in a small house.
Fortnite makes it clear as soon as you are close, as a white diamond with an exclamation point will appear, directing you to Jar-Jar’s precise spot.
Speak to him and select the dialogue option marked the the same icon to initiate the Jar Jar Binks quests.
How to Complete Jar-Jar Binks Quests in Fortnite
There are four stages to the Jar Jar Binks quests in Fortnite, each awarding a large chunk of XP for completing them.
Follow these steps to complete them all:
- Acquire a fishing rod—there are some near the house where Jar Jar is waiting.
- Head to a fishing spot, which you can easily mark by tracking the ‘Collect a Fish’ quest.
- Catch a fish and add it to your inventory.
- Take the fish to a Republic Outpost, again marked on the map if you’re tracking the quest, and throw it on the ground.
- Spray on the ground in the Republic Outpost.
- Return to Jar Jar Binks and follow the dialogue prompts to complete the story quest chain.
The quests cannot be repeated, but Jar Jar Binks remains available to purchase a Chug Jug from.
