GTA 6 Reviews Will Be Released Before Launch

Insider Gaming has learned that Grand Theft Auto 6’s review estate will go live before the release on November 19. This may come as a surprise to some, as plenty of gamers out there believed that GTA 6 would not have any reviews. It’s hardly the kind of game that needs to be reviewed, but the fact still stands that it will happen, and the content will drop before the game is in your hands (digitally).

While we have also learned the preliminary review embargo, we won’t be sharing that information as it’s subject to change in the run-up to the game being released.

Get Your GTA 6 Predictions In Now

Grand Theft Auto 6 is the most anticipated game ever made. There’s no doubt about that. It’s set to be the fastest-selling game in history, and there are estimates that it might push to 50 million sales in one week. It will certainly eclipse Grand Theft Auto 5.

In recent weeks, we’ve seen much of Grand Theft Auto 6 pulled to pieces online as a dedicated leak campaign has revealed countless facts about the title. Additionally, some large-scale interviews, including those carried out in Rockstar North’s Edinburgh office, have divulged unparalleled amounts of information.

We know about as much as you could hope to know about Grand Theft Auto 6, and it still feels like we’re barely scratching the surface.

Most recently, it was claimed that GTA 6 would be arriving on PC platforms as early as Q1 2027, opening the game up to an entirely new and patient audience. It took a whopping nineteen months for GTA 5 to arrive on PC after launching on XBOX 360 and PlayStation 3 in 2013, so this rapid report is a turnaround for the books.

If you’re holding out for the reviews before you purchase Grand Theft Auto 6 (digitally), then you don’t have too long to wait. They’ll be going live before the game comes out, but as stated above, the exact embargo date is subject to change. They’re not here until they’re here.
