XBOX has announced a new ‘Nano’ controller that is pocket-friendly in both cost and form factor.
Over the years, we have seen a variety of Xbox Wireless controllers and Elite Series controllers, each featuring different designs, customizability options, and unique capabilities. However, one aspect that has remained consistent across all these controllers is their size. Now, Xbox is set to change that tradition with their latest offering.
XBOX Nano Controller Can Be Pre-Ordered Now for the Price of $49.99
A new post on the XBOX Wire provides an overview of the features and capabilities of the Nano controller. The team wasn’t exaggerating when they called it a pocket-sized controller; it measures just over 5 inches long and weighs 3.5 ounces, making it lighter and smaller than most modern smartphones. Despite its compact form factor, the Nano controller includes all 18 standard gameplay inputs, offering players a familiar layout.
Plus, the XBOX Nano controller features a rechargeable battery and programmable Action Buttons you can use for screenshots, gameplay capture, and other shortcuts. Thanks to XBOX Wireless and Bluetooth support, it connects to a variety of devices, making it a great choice for a travel controller.
