Sony has revealed the collector’s box details for its upcoming PlayStation exclusive God of War Laufey. While it contains some worthwhile collectibles, it’s crucially missing the game, whether physical or otherwise.
Santa Monica has confirmed that God of War Laufey is still aiming for its 2027 release date, but there has been some unpleasant online backlash to Laufey, on account of the main character being Faye, not Kratos, and the action title inadvertently caught a shot from a Last of Us director, who apologized to the God of War Laufey team.
The newest development is the reveal of a Laufey collector’s edition, and the reaction will probably not be favorable.
