Football Manager 27 Gets a Free Play Period Ahead of Release

Football Manager 27 developers have revealed that players will have a chance to try the game for free ahead of launch.

The developers announced last month that the release date for the next installment of the popular sports simulation series, Football Manager 27, will be November 10, 2026. It seems that it will feature a more intuitive interface and require fewer clicks; it will also offer a more immersive experience with more crowds, dynamic weather, lighting, and much more. Players can try out these upgrades before the game launches.

PC Players Can Play Football Manager 27 for Free for 5 Days

The developers have announced that the Football Manager 27 launch preview free play period will begin from October 29, 6 PM GMT to November 3, 6 PM GMT. Players can try the game without any additional sign-ups; they can download and play on their preferred platform. It will be available on Steam, the Epic Games Store, and the Microsoft Store, or via Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or PC Game Pass subscriptions.

The developers have revealed that they wanted to show more of the game before going live with the pre-orders, hence the free play period so that fans can experience the game before making this decision. Pre-orders for FM 27 will go live when the free play period begins on October 29, at £49.99/€59.99/$59.99. The devs also confirmed that all modes, features, and areas of FM 27 will be available during the free play period, with no time limits or progress caps.
