Escape from Tarkov Distributed Strike Quest Guide—Where to Find the Cleanup Crews

Escape from Tarkov’s new event is called Tarkov Hospitality, and it requires players to help both Ref and Jaeger in their war against one another. It’s a short-form thing that shouldn’t take too long to complete, but some stages are trickier and lengthier than others.

For instance, the Distributed Strike quest is particularly bothersome because it needs you to head to three different maps to eliminate cleanup crew enemies that everyone is looking for, but where are Ref’s camps, and what’s the best way to farm the kills?

Read on to learn everything you need to know about Distributed Strike in Escape from Tarkov.

Where to Find Cleanup Crew Members in Tarkov

If you’re hunting the cleanup crew members in Escape from Tarkov for Jaeger, you’ll be pointed to three locations, all of which require a bit of work. You’ll need to eliminate six members of Ref’s cleanup crew at each location, one on Woods, another on Shoreline, and the third on Customs.

Ref’s Camp on Woods

Ref’s camp on Woods is located at the EMERCOM Camp alongside the lake, on the route to the Sawmill. It’s the ‘FOB’ location where you find lots of food and medical items, and it’s one of the main hubs of the game.

Ref’s Camp on Customs

Ref’s camp on Customs is located anywhere in the area of Dorms, the duo of buildings along the main road, near the vehicle extract. Again, this is arguably the central hub of Customs, so it shouldn’t take too long to find PMCs.

Ref’s Camp on Shoreline

Ref’s camp on Shoreline is in the top-right of the map, in the Smuggler’s Base location. It’s one of the newest parts of the Shoreline environment, and it’s right in the corner, near a minefield – so be wary!

It shouldn’t be too tough to eliminate the cleanup crew members, but be aware of the fact that they’re a little tougher than the average scav enemy. You’ll also need to contend with all the other players rushing to eliminate them as part of the new EFT event.

Here are the rewards you’ll get for completing Distributed Strike:

  • 15,000 EXP
  • 200,000 Roubles
  • 1 x G28 rifle
  • 2 x G28 20-rnd magazines
  • 4 x M80 packs
