Crimson Desert Devs Working on Patch for Control Issues

The Crimson Desert team says they are working to improve the game and respond to player feedback.

Crimson Desert launched on March 19. In that time, millions of players have picked up the game, and there are currently more than 220,000 concurrent players on Steam. The team is now issuing a statement of gratitude towards everyone who has turned out to the game in the first 3 days, and noted that they are working to make adjustments to the title based on player feedback.

Of note, they are working on a patch to address player concerns about the game’s controls.

“In particular, we are aware of the discomfort many players have experienced with the controls, and we are currently preparing a patch to address this. We also want to apologize for not providing keyboard and mouse players with a satisfactory gameplay experience,” the team wrote on Twitter.

Crimson Desert Team Fails to Mention AI Concerns

It’s important to note that, although Pearl Abyss has provided a link for players to express their concerns, the company has not yet commented on the AI-generated art that players have raised issues about in the game. Several players have identified what they believe to be AI-generated art in the new title.
