The full roadmap for Season 2 of Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 has been revealed by Activision.
It’s set to begin on March 11, 2026, with new content arriving on practically every front of Black Ops 7. From Multiplayer to Warzone, Zombies to Endgame, and of course, the reimagined Black Ops Royale, it’s looking like a solid line-up for Call of Duty fans to unpack.
Call Of Duty: Black Ops 7 Season 2 Updates Every Aspect Of The Game

In the latest blog post by Call of Duty, Treyarch revealed every piece of content that fans can expect to arrive during Season 2 of Black Ops 7, and it’s broken up into five sections: Endgame, Multiplayer, Zombies, Warzone, and General Content.
It all starts with the Endgame, where a new Glitch Fracture can be found by killing Strike Bosses in Nightmare Zones. You’ll face numerous waves of enemies before going toe-to-toe against the new Glitch Boss. Once defeated, you’ll earn Nightmare Skills, a new means of upgrading your Operator’s specialization. And don’t forget the Exotic Fabricator, which allows you to upgrade any item to an Exotic rarity.
Most fans will likely be most curious about the Multiplayer updates, and there are plenty to unpack. At launch, five new maps will join the ever-growing roster, including Firing Range and a reimagined Yemen from Black Ops 2. It doesn’t stop there, though, as two new game modes and a brand new Scorestreak, the Lockshot, are also on the way.
Heading over to Zombies, get ready to explore Paradox Junction, the latest Round-Based Zombies map. Uncover a Main Quest, where you’ll face off against new enemies, but don’t worry, as the Blundergat Wonder Weapon returns. Upgrade it to the Sundergat to unleash charged Purges or fire a focused Exile beam that will decimate any zombies in its path.
Perhaps the main event of the Black Ops 7 Roadmap, Black Ops Royale is joining Warzone as a new playable game mode. Inspired by Black Ops 4’s Blackout, you’ll need to rethink your strategies, as it’s vastly different to your standard Warzone game.
And finally, there are the general content updates that you’ll notice across all of Black Ops 7’s game modes. Two new weapons, a new Assault and Marksman Rifle, will be available across all game modes, along with numerous Events that will take place throughout Season 2. And of course, it wouldn’t be a new Call of Duty Season without some new Store offerings, with plenty of Bundles set to arrive across the coming weeks.
