A Call of Duty 2026 leak revealed a working title for the game, campaign setting, and what sort of weapons to expect.
We know a few nuggets about CoD 2026 thanks to the rumor mill. It’s claimed that the game is being developed for the next-generation Xbox and won’t be available on past-generation consoles.
Additionally, all signs point toward DMZ returning to the franchise in 2026. In saying that, we still don’t even know much about Call of Duty 2025, which is rumored to be a Black Ops 2 sequel. The lack of official confirmations hasn’t slowed down leaks from spilling out.
Call of Duty 2026 Reportedly Titled Modern Warfare 사

Call of Duty leaker TheGhostOfHope claimed that Call of Duty 2026 is being developed by Infinity Ward and is currently titled “Modern Warfare 사“.
GhostOfHope expects the Korean 4 to be used on cover art and other promotional material, as the campaign reportedly features both South and North Korea.
The campaign picks up after Modern Warfare 3’s ending when Price kills Shepard, and Makarov kills Soap.
“141/SAS/Republic of Korea Army are the 3 major factions you play as to take down Makarov and Konni Group who are doing false flag operations to start a 3rd World War,” TheGhostOfHope said.
The report also claims that the game utilizes futuristic technology and weapons while maintaining a modern setting.
In other gaming news, the Sony State of Play is today, the Nintendo Switch 2 launches at midnight, and EA retracted its confirmation of picking up the F1 licensing deal.
