Along your Valor Mortis journey are monsters, bosses, unlockable Lanterns, and many chapters and locations to uncover and unravel. Here’s a quick guide to all of them and what to expect.
Saying a soulslike game has bosses is like saying Homer Simpson likes donuts. There are bosses in Valor Mortis; there will be death, but you should know what’s to come. Knowing which boss you’re up to or your most recent Lantern can also tell you a lot about where you are in the game and how much remains of the overall game length and remaining hours.
Every Boss in Valor Mortis
There are 10 bosses in Valor Mortis, with no optional bosses or post-game superbosses to encounter.
It’s pretty much one boss per area, with a couple of differences. However, you can find mini-bosses against ‘Eternal Guardsman’ from start to finish, and their movesets and behavioral patterns gradually change with every duel.
