BLAST Slam VII Team List Complete Following Qualifiers

BLAST has shared its full team list for its BLAST Slam VII Dota 2 event following the completion of its online qualifiers. Four teams made it through the regional closed qualifiers, joining the eight invited rosters at the event.

BLAST Slam VII full team list:

  • Liquid
  • Heroic
  • OG
  • Yandex
  • BetBoom
  • Spirit
  • Tundra
  • Falcons
  • Aurora (EU Qualifier)
  • Parivision (EU Qualifier)
  • Xtreme Gaming (China Qualifier)
  • Glyph (Southeast Asia Qualifier)

Aurora, Parivision, Xtreme Gaming, and Glyph made it through the regional qualifiers, the last of whom stands out following a 2-0 victory over Rekonix.

Aurora and Parivision’s progression is not a shock, but it came with the natural conclusion of other big names missing out. NAVI failed to qualify despite finishing as runners-up at BLAST Slam VI, losing 2-0 to Parivision in the qualification match.

MOUZ also missed out on the event following their first showing since Melchior ‘Seleri’ Hillenkamp decided to step away from pro Dota 2. MOUZ played with former Nemiga Pos 5 Alim ‘aik’ Bespayev acting as the Hard Support.

The roster is currently also playing Premier Series as they aim to get reps up before the next big event.

BLAST Slam VII details: dates, format, prize pool

The four qualified teams will join the invited teams at the event, but there is little point speculating about the form of the rosters at this stage.
