Battlefield 6 players will have a full squad they can command most of the time in the single-player campaign, with each member belonging to a different class.
EA released a brand new trailer for Battlefield 6’s campaign mode and also dropped loads of intel for us as well. We were recently informed that this mode will feature nine missions that span across three continents. Now, we have learned that during these BF6 missions, players will be able to command an entire squad.
Battlefield 6 Campaign Lets You Command a Squad through Simplified Orders
Details about Battlefield 6’s campaign squad were revealed by BFBulletin’s recent post on X (formerly Twitter). Their post states that players will almost always have a squad they can command through simplified orders, which include smoke for cover, call for grenades, suppressing fire, flank enemies, RPG strikes, recon scans, spot enemies, and more. Even if the full squad is not with the player, at least one member will accompany them at all times.
Moreover, each member in Battlefield 6’s campaign squad belongs to a different class. Players will get to take on the roles of multiple characters in Dagger 13 instead of playing as one protagonist across the entire campaign. Additionally, the revive system works similarly to multiplayer; if a player has been downed, a squad member can come and revive them. Similarly, the player can also drag and revive their downed squad members.
In other news, the developers of Battlefield 6 have recently addressed cheating on consoles and the Cronus Zen. Additionally, the game has received a new trailer for its Portal Mode.
