Battlefield 6 Campaign Features 9 Missions Across 3 Continents

New details about Battlefield 6’s single-player campaign have been revealed, and it appears that players will get to play 9 missions across 3 continents.

Details about Battlefield 6’s campaign have been scarce until now, and we only just received a brand new trailer for it at PlayStation’s recent State of Play event. However, players have been waiting for more information on BF6’s campaign, including the number of missions, the duration of the game mode, and other details. Now, we finally have some clarity on the topic.

Battlefield 6 Campaign’s 9 Missions Span Across North America, Africa, and Europe

The latest set of information on Battlefield 6’s single-player campaign missions was spotted by BFBulletin on X (formerly Twitter). Their latest post states that the campaign features 9 missions, which are spread across three continents. Moreover, the campaign is reportedly 4-6 hours long, a duration we had previously heard about as well. Check out all the mission names for BF6’s campaign below:

  • Mission 1: Always Faithful
  • Mission 2: The Rock
  • Mission 3: Operation Gladius
  • Mission 4: Night Raid
  • Mission 5: No Sleep
  • Mission 6:Moving Mountains
  • Mission 7: Nile Guard
  • Mission 8: Operation Emberstrike
  • Mission 9: Always Forward

Moreover, the new information states that one of the early missions drops players in Northern Africa and has them battling in the shadows of the pyramids of Giza. Another mission has the Dagger 13 squad moving through Brooklyn’s war-torn streets. Lastly, there’s also a mission where players head to Gibraltar to face Pax Armata, who have seized the Rock. The bit about Pax Armata, Gibraltar, and the Rock was mentioned in one of the previous leaks.

Battlefield 6’s Campaign Missions Feature Linear and Large Open Spaces

Furthermore, BF6’s single-player campaign follows a cohesive storyline from start to finish, and there’s also a mission set in 2028 where the narrative “unfolds over a couple of years.” These missions feature both linear and large open spaces, allowing players to choose which objective they wish to target first. DICE has also stated that mission 8, Operation Emberstrike, is very unique as it is “open and sandboxy.”

In other news, more about BF6’s campaign will be shown at Tokyo Game Show 2025. Additionally, the game has received a new trailer for its Portal Mode, featuring some fresh details.
