Activision Is Working On Modern Warfare 3 Progression Issues

Modern Warfare 3 Zombie Progression

Activision wants players to know that it’s actively working on a fix for the recent progression issues in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone.

The bug, according to the studio, would prevent progress from being properly tracked in “various areas of the game”.

“We’re working on a fix for a known issue that appeared overnight that is preventing progress from being tracked in various areas of the game including but not limited to events, challenges, Battle Pass, and SR,” the game’s official update account posted.

“Players may also notice unusual behavior related to account level and loadouts.”

The progression issues have also caused the game’s Zombies mode as well as Ranked Play to be taken offline while the team investigates the problems. Standard multiplayer should still be working as expected, for the most part.

There’s no timetable on when the fix will be released. Insider Gaming has reached out for an estimate, and will update this story should a response be received.
