Splatoon Raiders is all set to release on July 23, 2026, for the Nintendo Switch 2.
The Switch 2 exclusive-spinoff title, Splatoon Raiders, was announced in June 2025, along with a free update for Splatoon 3. The interesting part about the new installment is that it doesn’t feature multiplayer; it’s a single-player experience. At the time, Nintendo hadn’t provided a release date for the title.
Splatoon Raiders Releases This July
A recent post on the Nintendo Today App has announced that “Splatoon Raiders” will be released on July 23. The announcement includes a brand-new trailer that showcases the character customization options, the various environments located on Spirhalite Islands, the different types of gadgets players can use, the enemies they will encounter, and the treasures they can discover. In the upcoming spinoff game, players will embody the role of a mechanic as they explore the mysterious Spirhalite Islands with Deep Cut,” a trio of swashbuckling musicians.” The game will include features such as customizable appearances, various mechanical gadgets, and ink-splattering weapons. Players will be fighting against waves of aggressive sea creatures called Salmonids as they search for treasure across the mysterious islands.
In other news, THQ Nordic has teased seven unannounced games for the Nintendo Switch 2.
