Fighting games have always played best with a controller, and that’s made consoles the perfect home for the genre. Now, with Invincible VS fast approaching, it’s got fans questioning which platforms it’ll be playable on.
18 characters will be available at launch, and the game’s set to bring the same level of violence and gore as the show and the comics. It looks like a perfect treat for fans of the franchise, but if you want to play, you’d better make sure it’s releasing on your console of choice.
For all the details surrounding which platforms Invincible VS is releasing on, Insider Gaming has got you covered.
Is Invincible VS On PlayStation?

Good news, PlayStation fans, as Invincible VS will be launching on the PS5 on release day.
When it comes to consoles, PlayStation has to have the most diverse library out there. From its suite of generation-defining first-party titles to its wide range of third-party games, if a game’s coming to console, it usually winds up on the PlayStation 5.

And the same can be said for Invincible VS. The 3v3 tag-fighter is heading straight to PS5s on launch day, meaning any PlayStation fan can start squaring up to Conquest the moment the game drops—but don’t let it be a mistake!
Is Invincible VS On Xbox?
Don’t worry, Xbox fans, you aren’t being left out, as Invincible VS will be launching on both the Xbox Series X|S.
It’s not always a guarantee that a third-party game on PlayStation will also arrive on Xbox, but thankfully, it’s the case with Invincible VS. Better yet, there will be seamless crossplay between each console, so there’s no excuse for your friends to turn down your battle requests.
Is Invincible VS On Nintendo Switch?
This is where the bad news arrives: sorry, Nintendo Switch users, Invincible VS will not be playable on any Nintendo Switch consoles at launch.
Whilst it may not arrive at launch, that’s not to say that it couldn’t appear in the future. Nintendo is constantly bringing new titles onto its system, with Cyberpunk 2077 and Resident Evil 9 being two shining examples.

If they can make those work on a Switch 2, there’s always hope that Invincible VS could be ported, too. But as things stand, if you want to play Invincible VS on a console at launch, you’ll need access to a PS5 or Xbox Series X|S.
