Starfield’s Terran Armada Achievements Uncover Secret Features

Terran Armada drops in just two days, bringing Starfield fans everywhere the long-awaited second major expansion for Bethesda Game Studios’ space-faring epic. It has been more than a year since the last expansion, Shattered Space, broadened the game’s horizons, but until just a couple of weeks ago, Bethesda was standing silent on the next expansion.

We know now it’s called Terran Armada, and we also know what the point of the expansion is. And, thanks to recent achievement lists being posted online, we know the DLC’s hidden features that are yet to be revealed.

Don’t read on any further if you don’t want the core elements of Terran Armada uncovered.

Starfield Achievements Reveal Unseen Elements

There are a whopping twenty achievements (and now, of course, PlayStation Trophies) inbound to Starfield for Terran Armada and the Free Lanes update, which drops in just a couple of days on April 7.

These achievements, which are easily viewable on Steam at your own risk, detail some important features of Starfield that we’ve not yet been privy to. Bethesda Game Studios might have revealed stacks of information about the next update, but not everything was explained.

For instance, there’s ‘This for That’, an achievement that requires players to build and hand over an outpost to a faction, which is an all-new feature. There’s also a triple pack achievement of sorts related to the new ‘Incursion’ mechanic in Terran Armada. This will see players engage in massive space battles, and there’s an achievement for completing five, then fifteen, then thirty Incursions.

Delta, the new robotic companion introduced with Terran Armada, has a couple of achievements. There’s one for fully upgrading them, and another to ‘convince Delta that you are worthy of the title Captain’.

What has fans most excited is the arrival of a new city (or a super-sized ship of sorts) in Terran Armada. There’s an achievement called ‘Master of Magnetism’ that requires players to use a magnet to destroy a robot in New Babylon.

Here’s the full list of achievements coming with Terran Armada and Free Lanes on April 7:

  • Lost Luxury – Complete Lost Luxury
  • Into the VOID – Complete Into the VOID
  • Battle of the Unifier – Complete Battle of the Unifier
  • This for That – Build out and hand over an outpost to a faction

  • Fully Equipped – Find a spaceship equipment module schematic and install an equipment module on your ship
  • Top Tier – Apply a Rank 4 Legendary Effect to a piece of your equipment
  • Just Like Grandma Used to Make – Eat the questionable food offered by a spacefaring old woman
