The Japan pricing details for Battle Passes in Pokémon Champions have been revealed. Check out all the options below.
The Pokémon Company just announced the release date for their highly anticipated game, Pokémon Champions, which will be available very soon on Switch and Switch 2. Now, as we inch closer to the release, the developers are providing additional details on microtransactions and pricing.
Pokémon Champions Battle Pass Costs 1400 Yen a Season
The details on Pokémon Champions Battle Pass pricing come through a reliable source, Serebii.net. The latest update reveals that the game’s battle pass has been priced at 1400 Yen a season (approximately $9), and the Starter Pack, which includes 50 Training Tickets, 30 Teammate Tickets, 50 additional box space, and music from Pokémon Let’s Go, costs 980 Yen (approximately $6). Lastly, the membership costs 700 Yen a month (approximately $4) or 7,000 Yen a year (approximately $44).
The above pricing in USD is just an approximation; the developers have yet to reveal the official prices for the battle pass in the United States and Europe. A previous post states that battle passes will include items, Mega Stones, icons, and more, and players will complete them by grabbing points in season battle scores in Ranked Battle. Developers should provide more details on the battle pass closer to release.
