Astrolander is an upcoming title for PlayStation 5 and PC that blends the worlds of popular platformers, Mario, and Astro Bot.
The upcoming title, developed and published by Lost Cartridge Creations, is an action platformer with local co-op. Players get to embody the role of a robot called Feedback and its sidekick, Haptic, as they embark on a journey to save MVPs (most valuable programs).
Astrolander to Release for PS5 and PC in 2026

The unique selling point of Astrolander is its ability to seamlessly blend 2.5D and 3D environments and gameplay through distinctive mechanics and visually appealing worlds. The world is currently undergoing a “Cyberlution,” where once-happy creatures have transformed into “robotic menaces” with a singular goal: to conquer the planets. Meanwhile, outdated MVPs, which are cartridge-powered CRT robots, are being deactivated and recycled for parts to support this Cyberlution.
In this game, you play as the last remaining free MVPs whose mission is to rescue their friends. To accomplish this, you will encounter various enemies and bosses that have emerged in this Cyberlution. The gameplay features several unique mechanics that players can utilize or must learn to navigate, including rolling and bouncing, swaying bridges, the CDjector, and more.
There are 10 abilities to look forward to, including CDjector, Wazer, Vizray, Wavo, and many more, which need to be unlocked by collecting CDs. It also features an optional fast-paced co-op mode where two players can control one character at a time, and that might be the ultimate test of your friendship.
In other news, Capcom has announced that PRAGMATA will be released one week earlier. Additionally, here’s a guide on Starfield’s PS5 release date, prices, editions, and more.
