In Dying Light: The Beast, you’ll come across weapons, items, and blueprints that can be upgraded, enhanced, and modified. It’s a diverse approach to the game’s combat engine, allowing users to tweak their loadouts to suit their style of play. However, when I played the game, I found myself wondering where to find Expert Manual Pages to make the best upgrades possible.
In this guide, I’ll tell you the best spot I found to obtain the Expert Manual Pages you’ll need to upgrade your equipment and blueprints to the highest level.
Best Expert Manual Pages Location in Dying Light: The Beast
If you want to scout out a location to find Expert Manual Pages, you’ll want to head to the east side of the Castor Woods map, specifically looking for a region called The Vale, which houses a small town called Golden Pine.
Here, you’ll find the Brick School, a location that becomes pretty important later in the game.
It’s in here that you’ll find plenty of Expert Manual Pages.

It’s worth stressing that I found half a dozen Expert Manual Pages here when I was playing Dying Light: The Beast, but I arrived at this location more than 15 hours into the story, so they only spawned because I was a higher level and therefore they became more relevant to me.
Early in the game, you’ll find Beginner Manual Pages everywhere.
If you want to find Expert Manual Pages in more spots, you’ll want to search Dark Zones all over Castor Woods, making sure the icon for such a reward is on the map listing for the particular building you’re searching.
Also, if you have stacks of Intermediate Manual Pages, you can use them to craft Expert Manual Pages.
The Manual Pages in Dying Light: The Beast operate on a tiered structure, and by the time you’ve finished playing, you’ll have dozens of them, with your first one being handed to you in the opening minutes of the game. They’re crucial to making important upgrades, including tools like the grapple hook, which you also unlock later in the game.
