The ASUS ROG Xbox Ally and Xbox Ally X will release in October, and a known data miner has the exact date.
According to Billbill-kun at Dealabs, the ROG Xbox Ally and Xbox Ally X will launch on October 16. Pre-orders will open on Augusts 20 during Gamescom with the prices lining up with past rumors of €599 for the Xbox Ally and €899 for the Xbox Ally X.
The report clarifies that the date they have is for the European market, though it could be expected that it will release in other regions, including North America, on the same date.
The date is expected to be officially announced at Gamescom later this month. Xbox is set to hold a stream from the show on August 20, the day after Opening Night Live.
It’s worth mentioning that neither Microsoft nor Asus has confirmed the release date. So while the source is usually accurate, it’s still important to take the information with a grain of salt until either confirmed or independently verified by Insider Gaming.
