6 Roblox Games Like Grow A Garden You Need to Play

Grow A Garden has taken over the world to become arguably the most popular title right now, eclipsing even the likes of Fortnite, but there are other similar Roblox games you can play if you want a change.

The easy-to-play nature of Grow A Garden is extremely appealing, though its monetisation strategy has been described as “somewhat evil”, and there are plenty of similar games to try out.

Whether you want an entirely new scene or something you play while you wait for your fruit to grow, we’ve picked six titles like Grow A Garden to try.

Feed Your Pet!

Feed Your Pet! is different from Grow A Garden in quite a few ways, requiring a lot more manual clicking, but, once you’re set up, there’s offline passive earning. The goal is to, you guessed it, feed your pet, with each feed increasing its level and size. Every time you feed the pet, you get Sheckles back.

Once you get your farm and your greenhouse set up, food grows passively, including when you’re online, and there’s no maximum to it. So, when you jump back online, there’s a huge jump to enjoy. On top of this, there are also weather events to add mutations to the food you’re growing, which increases the value of each item.

My Fishing Pier

Another game that has offline progression, with fish spawning in your pier when out of the game, My Fishing Pier is a solid game. You start off with a basic rod and gear, attracting low-value fish, and work your way towards rarer items. When you’ve caught enough, sell it to the merchant and repeat the process.

The progression feels similar to Grow A Garden, with massive differences coming when you have more experience, and the Aquarium where you can showcase your favorite fish, even if you sell them, is a nice touch.

Grow Crystals

If you’re tired of growing fruits in Grow A Garden, Grow Crystals is possibly the best alternative. As the name suggests, the task is to grow crystals, with rarer and larger crystals worth more. Grow A Garden players will quickly find their feet, as there are a lot of similarities.

Mutations can affect your Crystals, giving them more value, and the shop restocks every five minutes with new crystals. There is a lot more stock than you will usually find in Grow A Garden though, which means you won’t be held back by slow growth when waiting for a particular item to restock.

Grow A Fish

Grow A Fish is another game that is extremely similar to Grow A Garden, with the highlights being offline growth, weather events for rare mutations, and an easy-to-pick-up approach. One of the best differences, however, is the game tracks your stats of most valuable fish and the mutations you have collected on them.

This makes it a lot more fulfilling when you get rarer fish and even provides a reason to continue buying the basic fish, so you can tick everything off. That’s a major difference to Grow A Garden, for example, where Carrot Seeds are quickly redundant.

Build A Beehive

For those that enjoy the pet aspect of Grow A Garden, Build A Beehive is a solid option. Here, the task is to grow plants, which attract bees, which then subsequently make their home in your garden. Each bee creates honey, which you then sell to a giant bear for profit. Simple, right?

As you’d expect, rarer bees create more valuable honey, and they’re attracted by more expensive plants. There are a lot of layers to the game, so the best approach is to try it out and see what you think.

Grow Farms

Grow Farms is essentially a mix of Grow A Garden and popular tycoon games, with the quest to grow your farm and collect produce. This is done by raising ‘cubs’, different animals, and collecting the materials they produce. Chickens, as you’d expect, produce eggs, while cats produce hairballs, bears produce jam, and rabbits produce carrots.

The tycoon aspect comes from having to clean up after all your animals, which provides extra coins, and, overall, it’s a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy. As an added bonus, there’s also an ocean area where you place fish, providing an extra revenue stream.
