Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 picks up right where the first remaster left off, delivering a familiar but fresh package, and the release date is fast approaching.
Following the resounding success and critical acclaim for Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 in 2020, fans safely assumed that the third and fourth games of the series would be remastered as well. However, that wasn’t quite the case.
In 2024, when the series celebrated its 25th anniversary, Tony Hawk revealed he was in talks with Activision to create “something the fans will truly appreciate.” However, Hawk later confirmed that a Pro Skater 3 + 4 remake was canceled. It appeared that this may have been the final nail in the coffin, but 3 + 4 resumed development and launches soon.
Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 Release Date

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 officially releases on July 11.
Historically, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater titles have launched in September, but this game breaks that mold. And the summer time-frame is perfect for skateboarding fans out there looking to scratch that itch, as you can spend the day at the skate park, and nights on THPS 3 +4 pulling off the same tricks.
