How to Unlock Ronaldinho in Rematch

Rematch allows you to create your own soccer star in the making, but forget that; you can instantly become Ronaldinho and dance your way around Rematch rivals and light up any pitch you step on.

My formative football, sorry, soccer, years were the mid-2000s. Mourinho’s Chelsea were walking over English football, Italy was dominated by Juventus, AC Milan, and Inter, and La Liga, well, is mostly the same as what it is now—run by Barcelona and Real Madrid.

At the heart of this rivalry was the rise of Ronaldinho. He had more tricks than a magician, and more talent in one pinkie toe than most professionals have in their whole body. Rematch has honored the legend by making him the game’s ambassador. Not only that, but you can unlock and play as the Brazilian wizard.

The only way to play as Ronaldinho in Rematch is to purchase the “Bundle Ronaldinho” for 1,000 Currency.

Unfortunately, on top of the game price and Captain Pass (Season Pass, basically), there are also paid cosmetics, if you choose to shell out for them. Sloclap has pointed out this is all cosmetic, and won’t give you an edge over the competition—and rightly so.

The headline purchase in Rematch’s early days is the Ronaldinho bundle. Alongside other trinkets, you get to stylize your avatar as the legend himself.

It will see you back 1,000 Rematch currency, though, which works out at roughly $10, or precisely £7.99 for a one-time purchase of 1,100 Currency.

Everything Included in Ronaldinho Bundle in Rematch

The Bundle Ronaldinho comes with the Ronaldinho skin, along with two special Joga Bonito-themed cosmetics.

Let’s face it, the only reason to buy this is for the skin. However, if you want to know everything you’re getting, here’s what’s included in the bundle:

  • Tier 5: Ronaldinho (skin) — “Joyful Brazilian wizard with endless flair.
  • Tier 4: Joga Bonito (profile frame)
  • Tier 4: Joga Bonito (theme)

Will you be picking up the Ronaldinho Bundle in Rematch? Can you justify splashing out to turn your character into one of the greatest players the beautiful game has ever seen? Let us know in the comments, and tell us your thoughts about Rematch in general through the Insider Gaming forum.
