Date Everything is hiding plenty of secrets, and one of the biggest you’re likely to encounter early on is the locked door leading to the attack, but fear not, as we’ve got the details on how to get inside.
The Attic in Date Everything is one of two spots around the house that are not immediately accessible, and you need to go through the other to unlock the Attic door, and a bunch of new Dateables are hiding inside.
It’s not a quick process, as there are a few steps to unlocking the Attic in Date Everything, but once you start ticking through the requirements, it’s not difficult to follow.
How to Find the Crawlspace and Get the Skeleton Key

The first step to unlocking the Attic is to obtain the Skeleton Key, which is hidden away in another secret area of the house that is also hiding additional Dateables—The Crawlspace.
Again, though, it’s a hidden process to locate The Crawlspace, and, in our experience, you can’t enter it until you speak to a specific character.
First, speak to Beau, the cardboard boxes that are easiest to find in your bedroom closet. After a few days speaking with her, accept the invitation for an adventure.
She hints that there is a trapdoor somewhere on the bottom floor of the house. While she doesn’t tell you the exact location, skip the guesswork and head to the Boiler Room.
Take off your Date-Viators, interact with the rug on the floor, and interact with the trapdoor to open it. You can also use the Date-viators to speak to Trap Dorian, though this isn’t required.
Then, enter the Crawlspace and pick up the Skeleton Key, tucked away by the wall to the right of the ladder. Don’t forget to check out the new Dateables in the area—the mouse trap and the 80’s time capsule.
How to Get Into the Attic
With the Skeleton Key in tow, head back upstairs and interact with Dorian to unlock the door, which also reveals a past relationship between Dorian, the door, and Keith, your key.
Inside the attack, several more Dateables are waiting to meet you. There are six Dateables in total found in the Attic, which we’ve listed below.
- Prissy (Fake Plants)
- Parker (Board Games)
- Rongomaiwhenua (Geode)
- Sophia (Safe)
- Monique (Wallet)
- Memoria (Nostalgia)
Once the Attic is open, Keith takes a space in a little box on a cabinet opposite the door, for whenever you want to speak to him to spark up some additional romance.
