PlayStation State of Play Announced For June 4

After weeks of rumors, PlayStation has finally broken the silence and announced what fans have been asking for the most this season: a new State of Play.

The next State of Play will take place on Wednesday, June 4. The event will take place at 2 PM PT/ 11 PM CEST. The last State of Play took place on April 30 and was focused on Borderlands 4.

Sony says it will showcase updates from must-play games coming to PS5 during the 40 minutes show. In their words: “The show highlights a selection of great games from creators across the globe“.

Regarding what we can expect from the event, three safe bets are Ghost of Yōtei, PlayStation’s next first-party title, Marathon, a game in development by Bungie, and Lost Soul Aside, one of the biggest projects from the PlayStation China Hero Project to date. Partner games should also receive updates.
