MADFINGER Games has ushered in the Winds of War update alongside a milestone Twitch Drops campaign that will see players earning in-game rewards for the first time. With the shadowdrop of Winds of War comes a legendary initiative that is backed by the support of dozens of top streamers, including some of the biggest creators in the extraction shooter space.
The campaign on Twitch will run from May 22 to June 14, and throughout the event, users can earn exclusive apparel, consumables, and other items for Gray Zone Warfare, a stunning open-world MMOFPS.
Every Move (and Sub) Matters
The Gray Zone Warfare Twitch Drops campaign is live now, and users can earn exclusive items to enjoy in the game itself. The campaign has been deployed alongside a solid Support-a-Streamer initiative that will see players unlock more items when they gift subscriptions to creators on Twitch.
MADFINGER explained how the rewards for the Gray Zone Warfare Twitch Drops campaign will be staggered.
First, you’ll unlock consumables, and that can be anything from new weapons to repair kits, and from medical items to explosives. It was stated that the items will sit pretty in your stash until used, but you’ll need to spin through them before the next wipe arrives, roughly six months after Winds of War.
In the second half of the campaign, you’ll be unlocking apparel, including gloves, trousers, boots, glasses, and other items. It has been highlighted that this apparel is exclusive to the Twitch Drops campaign for Gray Zone Warfare, so if you miss out, you’ll never have the opportunity to unlock it again.
