After months of anticipation, countless leaks and rumors, and endless discussions about figurines and artbooks, the moment has finally arrived to discover what Ubisoft has been working on. The highly anticipated remake of Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag will be revealed to the world this month.
Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced Reveal Showcase Date and How to Watch
A new post on the official Ubisoft X account (formerly Twitter) confirms that the reveal showcase for Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced will be held on April 23, 2026. Interested readers can tune into the YouTube livestream at 4 PM UTC/6 PM CEST/9 AM PDT. Ubisoft has also poked fun at all the leaks and rumors that have arrived ahead of the remake’s official reveal, calling it “gaming’s worst kept secret” in the announcement teaser.
We still don’t know what will be included in the reveal showcase, but players will be expecting a first look at gameplay and, hopefully, a release date. Talking about the release, Insider Gaming exclusively confirmed earlier this week that the Assassin’s Creed Black Flag remake will launch on July 9, 2026. On the same day, we also saw the listing for Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced briefly appear on Ubisoft’s launcher.
Regarding the Black Flag Remake, the Indonesian rating for the game confirms that players will receive new content. Ubisoft is looking for generative AI experience in their new hires, with multiple listings requiring this qualification.
