In a new blog post today, Xbox announced the next titles coming to Xbox Game Pass through March 2024.
Xbox previously announced that Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun would be available on Game Pass today. The company also announced that Activision and Blizzard games will begin rolling out on Game Pass this month. The move begins with Diablo IV, which will be available on March 28th.
So, today’s lineup additions round out the majority of March. The upcoming titles will include:
- PAW Patrol World – March 7th
- SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom – Rehydrated – March 12th
- Control Ultimate Edition – March 13th
- No More Heroes 3 – March 14th
- Lightyear Frontier (Game Preview) – March 19th
- MLB The Show 24 – March 19th
March will provide a solid lineup for Xbox Game Pass subscribers. It includes some heavy-hitting classics like Control and a day one launch with Lightyear Frontier.
Lightyear Frontier rethinks mech gameplay by fusing it with open world farming, focusing on exploration and alien crops. It’s a clever premise, and just the kind of indie that Game Pass excels in spotlighting.
SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom – Rehydrated is also sure to thrive. Xbox only just announced a Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 special edition bundle, with a SpongeBob-themed console.
Control undoubtedly adds a lot of value to the subscription. Just last week, Remedy purchased the full rights to the Control franchise from 505 Games.
Remedy stated it is “now in a position to make the right product and business decisions focusing on long-term franchise growth”.
MLB The Show 24 is also a day one launch for the Xbox Game Pass. It’s a large new title with inclusive features, adding more to its Storylines mode.
