Apex Legends Crypto Rework

Apex Legends Cipher is releasing a rework for Crypto to make him more aggressive.
Firstly, Crypto’s Surveillance Drone now runs on batteries instead of a cooldown, meaning it can be picked up and redeployed quickly.
The Drone also has a new Sentry Mode, which can tag nearby enemies after it has been placed.
And finally, his EMP Ultimate will now be activated by the press of a button.
In Respawn’s latest designer notes, the publishers admitted that Crypto was becoming frustrating for many players:
“You’ll always see people say they love having a good Crypto on their team.
“Unfortunately, when they’re just camping in their drone and aren’t in the fight when they need them, it causes a lot of frustration.”
Revenant and Lifeline Buffs

Two more Legends are also getting smaller buffs in this upcoming update.
Lifeline is getting her revive shield back, as well as reduced cooldown on D.O.C. and the ability to self-heal while gliding.
Meanwhile, Repsawn also wants Revenant to be more aggressive with a shorter Ultimate cooldown and a quicker Tactical.
He is also getting new upgrades which extend the Ultimate with each knock and will either silence nearby enemies after Shadow Pounce or automatically refresh the ability when an enemy is marked.
