The Triple-i Initiative Showcase is back for its first fall edition. For 45 minutes, fans were shown a mix of announcements from game developers and publishers around the world.
The show aired at Noon ET/9am PT on Thursday, October 8 and featured games like Among Us Story: On Guard, Dave the Diver, Haunted Paws, Outward 2, and more.

Aftergods – World Premiere: Introducing a new godly top-down survivalite ARPG
Introducing Aftergods, a new top-down survivalite ARPG from the makers of Tribes of Midgard. In Aftergods, you play as a god who survived Ragnarök! Rise from the aftermath to form a new pantheon and restore the fallen Seeds of the World Tree. Recruit followers, build temples, and battle giant monsters solo or with friends across a mythical handcrafted open world. The reveal trailer was scored by a live orchestra of over 60 musicians, with an animated sequence by the team behind the Blood of Zeus and Castlevania shows.
Among Us Story: On Guard – Release Date – Feb 17, 2027
Among Us Story: On Guard releases on Feb 17, 2027 on Steam, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and mobile. From the creators of Among Us is a new standalone, detective narrative game. Prove your innocence before the Impostor gets to the rest of the crew… and you.
Astral Ascent – Astral Ascent’s ‘Expedition 33 For Those Who Come After’ update – available now
After more than 4 years of content and dozens of updates, it’s time to come back to the acclaimed platformer roguelite to defeat the Zodiacs in lightning fast combats! Both main cast and iconic bosses such as Mimes and Pétank are joining Astral Ascent. 6 new summons, 3 bosses, 2 Music and 3 different rooms are included in this free update. And can you hug the Esquie? Of course you can!
The update will be available for FREE on October 8th on Steam, Humble, Epic Games Store, GOG, PS4/PS5 and Switch 1.

Canyons – Co-op PvE Shooter from Breathedge Creators launches in November 2027
Canyons is now set to launch on Steam, PlayStation 5, XBOX Series X|S and Epic Games Store in November 2027! From the creators of Breathedge, this 1–4 player Co-op PvE Shooter drops you into a brutal, ever-changing world where danger can take any shape.
Face supernatural creatures known as the Awakened, forge Blood Pacts to wield their abilities, explore hostile canyons aboard colossal Crawlers, build up your settlement and make hard calls to keep your crew alive.
Chained Together – First Official New Map announced, coming November 12
A new official map will be added to the co-op game Chained Together for the first time on November 12. A sneaky look shows desks, chairs, PC monitors… what fresh hell is this?

Dandelion Void – Demo out now on Steam, Early Access coming in 2027
Dandelion Void shadowdropped their first public demo on Steam and announced a partnership with UK indie publisher Kwalee in a new gameplay trailer. This single player demo is your first chance to explore the jungle-choked halls of the doomed generation ship Pergola.
Establish a refuge and forage resources from the remains of your dead ancestors, and try to survive the horrors that doomed them. Manzanita Interactive is a worker co-op co-founded by Brian Ostrander, creator of the wildly popular ‘Save Our Station!’ Project Zomboid mod.
Dandelion Void launches into Early Access on Steam in 2027.
DAVE THE DIVER X Subnautica 2 DLC – Subnautica 2 crossover DLC revealed, coming Early 2027
MINTROCKET has revealed a crossover DLC for DAVE THE DIVER with Subnautica 2, bringing its alien oceans into Dave’s Blue Hole. DAVE THE DIVER is a casual single-player adventure/role-playing/simulation game that pairs deep-sea exploration with sushi restaurant management, and has surpassed 10 million sales worldwide since its early access launch in October 2022.

Drunken Goddess Reflux – Releasing December 8 & Steam Demo available October 19

Escape The Backrooms – ‘After Party’ update with new levels coming December, new skins in October
Escape the Backrooms, the viral co-op horror, is celebrating reaching over 10 million players with new content coming this December. Expect fun-filled new levels to party down in – or run away screaming from the terrifying entities that call them home. Hela: of Mice & Magic – Play the Demo for the First Time on Steam, Epic & Windows\
The Hela: of Mice & Magic Demo is now available for the first time on Steam, Epic Games Store and Microsoft Store. Militsioner – Steam Demo Available Now!
Militsioner, the game with the Colossal Policeman watching over you, is getting its very first public demo, available right now, only on Steam. Play the first act of the game, where you meet colourful NPCs, a Colossal Policeman and learn how to survive on the streets while you try to escape from this surreal town. The demo features one main way of escaping the town — riding the funicular — but there are a number of ways to manage that, so get creative! Militsioner will be coming to Steam, XBOX One and XBOX Series X|S.
