SpongeBob SquarePants: Titans of the Tide Launches November 18

The next SpongeBob SquarePants game is official as SpongeBob SquarePants: Titans of the Tide as been revealed, and is launching on November 18.

Planned for a reveal during the THQ Nordic Digital Showcase 2025, the game’s store pages went up earlier than planned with full details for players.

“How do you stop the two biggest egos of the Seven Seas from fighting?” the game’s description reads. “A clash between the Flying Dutchman and King Neptune has unleashed ghostly mayhem all over Bikini Bottom. SpongeBob and Patrick will need all their skills, bravery and – dare I say – wit, to return life to what passes for normal in their undersea home. Join Bikini Bottom’s most notorious duo on their ghostliest adventure yet!”

SpongeBob and Patrick

Features of the game include the ability to switch between playing as SpongeBob and Patrick, using new skills such as grappling and burrowing, and the ability to “visit iconic locations like Neptune’s Palace and Mount Bikini”.

SpongeBob SquarePants: Titans of the Tide will be available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC. The Standard Edition will cost $40. However, there are two beefier editions: a Deluxe Edition that includes a season pass and DLC, and an Ultimate Edition that includes everything from the lower-tiered versions as well as copies of SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake and its DLC and even SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom Rehydrated.

  • They have other IP licenses and they so nothing with them. Where is Epic Mickey 2 remake, Tak reboot, Rocket Power Beach Bandits remake, they could try to remake The Simpsons Hit & Run. I swear they do nothing.
