It seems that more evidence pointing towards Sonic Frontiers Definitive Edition Switch 2 release date has surfaced online.
Players were already aware that Sonic Frontiers Definitive Edition will be releasing for the Switch 2 on June 23, thanks to a report by a reliable insider last month. Now, it seems there are more details further cementing the suspected release date ahead of the official announcement.
Sonic Frontiers Definitive Edition Physical Copies Spotted in Walmart
Spotted by X user (formerly Twitter) SAAC_News, several users have found physical copies of Sonic Frontiers Definitive Edition for Switch 2 in retail stores, including Walmart. However, when asked whether they could purchase them, the employees said they are not allowed to put them on sale until June 23. This date is also Sonic’s birthday, and 2026 also happens to be the 35th anniversary of the franchise, so what better date to begin the sales?
