The Italian official Pokémon YouTube channel has leaked the next set coming to Pokémon TCG Pocket, which stars Johto duo Ho-Oh and Lugia.
Pokémon TCG Pocket was conspicuously absent from the Pokémon Presents showcase, despite the imminent release of the A4 set on July 30, and a trailer for the set, which was mistakenly published, confirms the release date.
Following on from Eevee Grove last month, the new set, which translates to ‘The Way of the Sky and the Sea’, will feature two booster packs, each themed around the two Johto legendaries.

In the leaked trailer, which has since been removed from YouTube but has been widely shared on social media, the first reveals for the set were showcased, including ex cards for Ho-Oh, Lugia, Umbreon, and Espeon.
The trailer also featured the first baby Pokémon in Pokémon TCG Pocket, with an illustration rare Pichu and a standard Cleffa, alongside the trio of Johto starters: Chikorita, Cyndaquil, and Totodile.
The new set continues Pokémon TCG Pocket’s growing expansion, which has already seen sets released focusing on the original 151, Pokémon from Sinnoh, and Pokémon from Alola—the latter followed by the debut of Ultra Pokémon in the Extradimensional Crisis set.
The set is expected to be followed by an A4a set next month and an A4b set in September. If the current release schedule remains the same, that should mean the A5 set, the next major expansion, will be released in October—a few weeks after Pokémon Legends: Z-A.
