A big game makes a comeback on November 5, 2026 as The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time‘s remake is released on the Nintendo Switch 2. With this comes the release of all the voice actors who worked on adding voices into the game together.
In the original release of the game in 1998, no voices were used. All character interactions happened strictly via text boxes. One of the changes made to the game was to add voice acting, except to the silent hero of course.
English Voice Actors in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Remake
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time cast includes talented, experienced voice actors Erica Mendez, Matthew Mercer, and Lisa Reimold. IGN released the full cast list, which you can find below.

A Few Familiar Voices
Matthew Mercer is largely known as the Dungeon Master for Critical Role, a Dungeons and Dragons podcast. The podcast has a show adaptation, The Legend of Vox Machina, where he voices Lord Sylas Briarwood. As the voice of Ganondorf in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, Mercer has familiarity with the role.
Lisa Reimold is the voice of Aira Shiratori in the English dub of Dandadan. You will also hear her perform as Hinata Mukai in the Gundam Build Divers Re: Rise TV series. As you’ll see in her work, the characters she voices are generally light, soft, and bubbly.
Erica Mendez did the English voice of Retsuko from the Aggretsuko show and also voiced Kamisato Ayaka from Genshin Impact.
