Nintendo has announced a new Switch bundle in time for the start of the holiday shopping season, and it features Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.
The new Mario Kart 8 Deluxe bundle launches on October 6. The bundle comes with a Nintendo Switch console, a digital copy of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, and a three-month individual membership to Nintendo Switch Online.
“This offer allows even more drivers to team up with Mario and his friends to race underwater, in the sky, upside-down in zero-G and past the finish line in 48 courses,” Nintendo said in the announcement.
A few things should be mentioned about the bundle. The Switch console is a standard Switch and not an OLED version. Also, players don’t receive the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Course Pass DLC. That must be purchased separately or you can get access by upgrading to a Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack.

The Mario Kart 8 Deluxe bundle will cost $299.99, saving players nearly $70 if everything is purchased separately.
