PlayStation just released Mortal Shell 2’s Rotten Autumn update, a free seasonal update that adds brand-new content.
The developers of Mortal Shell 2 released a new trailer featuring a new soundtrack by Rotting Christ’s Sakis Tolis. The trailer goes over all the free updates players will get to the core game experience, along with a few seasonal bonuses, including the photo mode, new dungeons, Tarstones, and much more.
Mortal Shell 2 Free Seasonal Update Rotten Autumn Highlights Revealed
The new trailer kicks off with an energetic track by Sakis Tolis, then shows players a variety of new Shell Shades in a cinematic sequence. Players are then informed about the New Alternative Soundtrack By Rotting Christ’s Sakis Tolis, before the developers showcase the brand-new Photo Mode in action with ‘Overkill Graphics’ settings.

Plus, players get 10 new Tarstones, including a Sheep-specific Tarstone. There are 15 new Dungeons to try your hand at, new lighting presets for Nightmode, the Harbinger Pumpkin Helmet, the Impervious Lute skin with additional Lute tracks, the ghost of a lost Shell haunts the land and offers cryptic notes, and lastly, additional polishing and fixes.
