Monster Hunter Wilds & Street Fighter Could be Teaming up For Capcom Crossover

There’s no let-up with the Monster Hunter Wilds content. Millions of players are still enjoying the endless amounts of gameplay, but Capcom is far from done and is now teasing an in-house crossover with Street Fighter.

We did wonder if Monster Hunter Wilds had any hopes of eclipsing Monster Hunter: World’s success. Well, Monster Hunter Wilds is still the best-selling game of 2025 and has helped Capcom achieve a record-breaking year for the company. Another franchise that has ensured a great 12 months is Street Fighter; so, what happens if we add the two together?

The Monster Hunter X page has posted a very cryptic message. It’s a simple one-line message: “Get a load of THESE claws!” A shifty eyes emoji also accompanies the message.

But the biggest detail is clearly the graphic below the message. It’s a sort of monster footprint stylized in graffiti with bright colors. While the message hasn’t explicitly stated it’s a Street Fighter crossover, you only have to look at Street Fighter 6’s art style and logos to see the obvious nod.

The Street Fighter 6 logo uses lots of orange, and if you look at the black graffiti behind the logo, it almost looks like the word “Fight” or “Fighter” in black letters.

We’ll wait for official confirmation of the crossover before commenting any further. But if it does happen, expect some fun Street Fighter outfits and tie-ins to spice up Monster Hunter Wilds!
