This year, the all-new Call of Duty title – which we now know is Modern Warfare 3 – will be revealed in Call of Duty: Warzone. That’s the same concept that was used for the reveal of 2021’s Call of Duty: Vanguard, and it makes for a nice, interactive way to reveal a game. But with that in mind, when is the Modern Warfare 3 reveal event, and what exactly is it?
Modern Warfare 3’s Reveal Event is Coming
On August 17th, players will be able to fly into Al Mazrah and take part in the Modern Warfare 3 reveal event, live and in-person. It was recently revealed that a string of exclusive rewards will be made available for those participating, including the AR M13C, a compact, fast-firing rifle.
It has been confirmed that the Modern Warfare 3 reveal event will kick off at 10:30am PST / 18:30 BST.

What hasn’t been confirmed is exactly what the event is – but we do know it’s made up of an epic battle in Al Mazrah between the various factions that have surfaced over the last few months. There may be an element including a dirty bomb or some kind of gas threat, and it’s likely that whatever is revealed will lead directly into Modern Warfare 3.
