Marvel’s Wolverine has cast its Logan in Spartacus: Vengeance’s Liam McIntyre.
Shown in the new State of Play, Marvel’s Wolverine is back from its reveal in September 2021. With gore and blades galore, we finally got to see the adamantium X-Men member show their claws in combat and gameplay. However, on top of it, we now have confirmation on the actor who will take on Wolverine.
Liam McIntyre Cast in Marvel’s Wolverine as Titular X-Men
In a developer video, seen above, we can confirm that Liam McIntyre is in Wolverine in Insomniac’s next big superhero title. The actor had been rumored to be in the role back when the Insomniac leaks occurred a few years back. Still, his voice fits the grizzled soldier quite well. Liam’s resume is pretty impressive, ranging from huge TV shows like Spartacus to AAA video games like Gears 5 as JD Fenix. He also starred in the DC Universe as Weather Man in CW’s The Flash. Furthermore, he played antagonist Taron Mailcos in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.
Unfortunately, Liam McIntrye was the only actor confirmed for Marvel’s Wolverine. We saw glimpses of Mystique and Sabertooth, but it’s too soon to tell who voices them. Luckily, prior to its Fall 2026 release, more information about the title will be revealed in Spring 2026.
Are you excited to see Liam McIntrye as Wolverine? Who would’ve been your pick? Let us know in the comments and on the forums!
