Nodusfall is a forthcoming MMO from HoYoverse. It was officially revealed when HoYoverse shared its world premiere trailer during the 2026 Gamescom Opening Night Live presentation. The title is reportedly developed in Unreal Engine 5 and has gameplay reminiscent of the Monster Hunter series. The gameplay featured protagonists fighting beasts, with narration providing a bit of lore.
It was officially described as a co-op action game. It was said that players must stand as one to defeat mighty beings using close coordination and sharp tactics.

Nodusfull Revealed as HoYoverse’s New Co-Op Action Game

The game had previously been leaked on social media. Trademarks for Nodusfall were registered earlier this year. However, rumors about the Genshin Impact developers working on a fantasy MMO date back to November of last year.
Initially, the game was code-named “Genesis” and was said to incorporate AI-based elements, including an “Artificial Intelligence Stimulated Ecosystem,” All-Terrain Battle AI, and “Intellectual NPCs.”
Although the developers are known for creating gacha-style games, this new title doesn’t seem to follow that model.
