God of War Ragnarok is expected to be one of the highest-selling games of the month, with Warzone 2 being the most downloaded.
Sonic Frontiers will also be a warm welcome to fans of the blue hedgehog as the character approaches its 30th anniversary.
Pokémon fans will be pleased to know that the next generation of Pokémon is coming this month and will take us to a brand-new region, Paldea, which is heavily inspired by Spain and Portugal. Scarlet and Violet will be the first Pokémon games to feature a full open-world following the success of Pokémon Legends: Arceus.
Goat Simulator 3 could be a contender for being this month’s “nice surprise”, as its goofy playstyle could create some fun and hilarious moments. Admittingly, I’m also still coming to terms with the game’s Dead Island 2 announcement trailer troll at Summer Game Fest (that got me too good).
