An image of the Meta Quest 3S Xbox Edition has surfaced online, seemingly confirming today’s rumor that a new announcement of the device will come next week.
UPDATE – Insider Gaming has independently verified that the Xbox Quest 3S has already been sent to some retailers.
Xbox has been on a massive multi-platform push, recently announcing its ASUS ROG-partnered handheld console and confirming a partnership with AMD for their next-gen console. Now, their VR device, in collaboration with Meta, has leaked online.
Meta Quest 3S Xbox Edition Packaging Leaks Online
An image posted by Zuby_Tech on X shows us what the packaging of the Meta Quest 3S Xbox Edition looks like.
The box features ‘Meta 3S Xbox Edition’ written on the front, with logos of both companies on the bottom right corner. The VR headset is entirely black, with a green ring around the face panel’s edges. Compared to the traditional Meta Quest 3, which is in all-white, the headset is very much on-brand with Xbox.
On the top right of the box can be seen a Xbox Wireless controller, too, but it’s unclear on if its included with the Xbox Edition Meta Quest.
A few hours ago, details of this Xbox Edition Meta Quest leaked online. It will reportedly cost $399, feature three months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, and have 128GB storage. According to the source, the official announcement for this Xbox and Meta collaboration headset will arrive next week on June 24.
Insider Gaming has already contacted Microsoft and Meta for comments and has not received any responses as of writing.

Are there any other companies that make vr for around that price? I don’t want to give meta or Microsoft my money coz I hate them both. If it’s anyone else, I would.
