The Elden Ring live-action movie has been shaping up well. We were recently informed that they secured a prominent actor from another highly popular game adaptation, HBO’s The Last of Us. Now, new footage shows us one of the sets that will be featured in the upcoming movie.
New Elden Ring Live-Action Footage Showcases Conwy Castle Set
Spotted by CultureCrave on X (formerly Twitter), a video from mightbeliber’s TikTok account reveals the Elden Ring live-action set in Wales. It seems that one of the scenes from the upcoming movie is being shot at Conwy Castle, as we see different types of soldiers stationed at several vantage points of the castle. The soldiers are fully clad in knightly armor and wield a variety of weapons, including crossbows, swords, and more. That’s all that was revealed in the footage.
The official announcement for the live-action adaptation of Elden Ring arrived last month, revealing that Bandai Namco Entertainment and A24 will produce the movie. The movie will be written and directed by Alex Garland and will be filmed for IMAX. The release date has also been confirmed for March 3, 2028, and the cast includes Kit Connor, Ben Whishaw, Tom Burke, Nick Offerman, and more.
