Dave the Diver’s developers have confirmed that the title will be available on mobile soon; pre-registrations are now live.
Fans of Dave the Diver have been treated to numerous surprises this month. The new DLC, In the Jungle, was released, and Dave has also made his way into Fortnite. But that’s not all; the developers have one final announcement regarding a platform expansion for this popular title.
Dave the Diver iOS Listing Seemingly Reveals Mobile Release Date
The iOS and Android listings for Dave the Diver are already out for players to pre-register for the game. However, it seems the game’s release date has been revealed in the iOS listing, as it states that the game is ‘Expected’ on August 27, 2026. The game will be available to download for free, but the full version will cost $9.99.
The iOS listing also provides several other details for the game, such as the size, which will be 3.3 GB. Players have also been informed of the compatibility requirements: for iPhone, iPad, and iPod, they will need iOS 13.0 or later. Mac users would require macOS 11.0 with the Apple M1 chip or later, and it’s also supported on the Apple Vision headset, which requires visionOS 1.0 or later.
For those unaware, in Dave the Diver, players dive and explore the depths of Blue Hole during the day and run an exotic sushi restaurant at night. The Blue Hole depths are filled with a variety of mysteries, along with several fish to catch and creatures to encounter. You will also have several weapons at your disposal, but keep an eye on the oxygen meter, as once it runs out, all collected items will be left behind.
The title features some intriguing characters that accompany a story filled with jokes, spoofs, and other humor. It features a pixel-based art style with over 200 kinds of sea creatures. There are also minigames, side quests, and multiple storylines that players can explore in the game.
