Dark Pals: The 2nd Floor Revealed During Insider Gaming’s 28 Games Later Showcase

The Insider Gaming 28 Games Later Showcase has provided details on a host of upcoming horror titles, including the world premiere of Dark Pals: The 2nd Floor.

A sequel to the original title, which garnered over one billion views across videos, livestreams, and social media content, Dark Pals: The 2nd Floor sees players take the elevator down into a destroyed underground facility abandoned for over 40 years.

What is Dark Pals: The 2nd Floor?

Game Feature

  • ‘More insane’ than the first game.
  • DLC expansion to the viral streaming sensation, Dark Pals: The 1st Floor
  • Encounter new creatures in typical Dark Pals fashion and continue the journey with the Inky the squid plush gun.
  • Halls filled with old Dark Pals equipment and remnants of ‘the raid,’ slowly revealing what happened to the facility and those inside it.
  • Encounter a mysterious member of D.A.R.K and reveal more about D.A.R.K, UpWard, and the reason the player has returned.

The Studio Behind Dark Pals: The 2nd Floor

YouTube horror channel Skunx was founded in 2020 by professional visual artist Winston van Graafeiland. He gathered millions of subscribers worldwide by posting short films and music videos featuring viral 3D animated characters.

Winston expanded his brand outside of his channel and founded Skunx Escape Rooms and Skunx Games. His game studio’s first prokect was the indie game Dark Pals: The 1st Floor, which was released on Steam in May 2026.
