Step into the shoes of Maya, a young woman struggling under financial pressure who takes a job at a newly opened boba teashop. But this isn’t just any store: it’s a new branch of Risa’s shop from the original The Boba Teashop, expanding the business into a new location.
But something about this place doesn’t feel right.
Behind the counter, every mistake matters. Customers judge your work, reviews pile up, and your manager Vanessa is always watching. What begins as an ordinary service job gradually becomes an increasingly oppressive experience shaped by pressure, humiliation, strange encounters, and the feeling that something is terribly wrong in The Boba Teashop Refill.

Features
- PREPARE BOBA TEA
- Take customer orders and prepare their drinks step by step. Follow recipes, add tea, milk, boba, and other ingredients, seal each drink, and serve it across the counter. The first-person interaction system makes every shift physical and hands-on as you move around the shop, grab ingredients, use equipment, and try to keep up with your customers.
- SURVIVE YOUR SHIFT
- The story unfolds across multiple workdays, with each shift introducing new situations and new sources of pressure. Demanding customers, negative reviews, uncomfortable conversations, phone calls, strange noises from the storage room, and unsettling activity outside the shop slowly disrupt your familiar routine. You will return to the same counter every day. But it may not feel like the same place.
- EXPLORE THE SHOP
- The Boba Teashop – Refill is more than just a workplace. Move between the customer area, preparation counter, office, storage room, corridors, bathroom, rear exit, and parking area as events increasingly pull you away from the safety of the front counter. Familiar spaces can change through lighting, sound, unexpected events, and Maya’s deteriorating perception of her surroundings.
- A SWEET PLACE WITH SOMETHING ROTTEN UNDERNEATH
- Warm lights, colorful drinks, glossy counters, and the comforting sounds of a busy boba teashop contrast with an increasingly oppressive atmosphere. Door chimes, humming refrigerators, footsteps, vibrating phones, and the repetitive sounds of preparing drinks gradually take on a different meaning as each shift pushes Maya further into the nightmare.
- FAMILIAR FACES MAY WALK THROUGH THE DOOR
- Some customers are inspired by real content creators, who also lend their voices to their in-game counterparts, including Yotobi, Knite, Kodomo, and The Sphere Hunter. You never know who might walk into the shop during your next shift.
