Some footage and concept art material has been found on the old DOOM 4 project that was cancelled.
The project, which was believed to take DOOM into a more military shooter direction was cancelled sometime before the DOOM reboot that released in 2016. According to some sources, the game was eventually cancelled in 2013 after several internal delays.
Most of the findings come courtesy of X (formerly Twitter) user @Runhob, who has been documenting the projects existence and posting about his findings. As pointed out by the user, a lot of NDA’s on the project are now expiring, so more footage, assets, and images on the project could be released in the near future.
